On June 21, 2012 Magnum Mortgage & Realty Corp. applied for and was granted an Initial Order under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”) and BDO Canada Limited was appointed as Monitor. As required by the CCAA, the Monitor has established this website to make publicly available all required documents in the CCAA proceedings.
